Everyone deserves a chance after paying their debt to society, and hiring ex-offenders strengthens companies, communities, families and the economy. Our mission is to help employers see these benefits and send them the rehabilitated people who will prove it. We match employers with recently released recruits who have obtained skills and trades inside, tax kickbacks for hiring them and a qualified candidate. Our untapped talent pool is hard workers who are grateful for a second chance. We advocate for the truly rehabilitated in the community, helping to break down barriers of reentry. Our services are free for our recruits and include resume and cover letter preparation, career planning and direct job placement. ​
