BlueSun, Inc. is a nonprofit organization specializing in placing individuals with disabilities and veterans in jobs, thus helping them to become self-sustaining. Job development for these individuals includes vocational exploration, job search and application training and assistance, resume writing assistance, interview training, meeting with employers to advocate for client placement and job coaching to enhance job retention. BlueSun also places individuals with disabilities in temporary jobs with public agencies to provide income, experience and references for clients. At the same time, we work with employers to find the best fit for their needs, and taking the challenges out of hiring from this population.
