C.O.R.E. (Cooperation, Opportunity, Responsibly, Employment) was founded in 1981 as a division of Allwell Behavioral Health Services. As a vocational training and job placement service, C.O.R.E. has helped thousands of emotionally disabled adults in Coshocton, Guernsey, Morgan, Muskingum, Noble and Perry counties. C.O.R.E.’s mission is to assist people that have been diagnosed with emotional problems.
