CAWD is an administrative office and manages NCWorks and NextGen Career Centers in Wake, Johnston, Chatham and Lee counties. Adults and youth can access job training programs and multiple resources to help them prepare for and maintain employment. We also offer several business services to help organizations recruit, retain and train talent. Individuals can go to their nearest NCWorks Career Center for assistance or reach a career advisor online.
