MCM Staffing is made up of three divisions: general staffing, professional and hospitality. All three of our divisions provide temporary, temp to hire, and direct hire staffing. Our general staffing division provides warehouse and hourly personnel as well as skilled trades such as welders and mechanics; customer service roles such as click to chat and inside sales; and administrative staff such as A/R or logistics analysts. Our professional division provides technical staff such as engineers, accountants, purchasers, and plant supervisory staff. Our hospitality division serves the hotel and hospital industry. This division provides environmental services, patient sitters, kitchen staff (F&B front of house & back of house), and event staff.
