Founded in 2003, Skillforce was created as a response to the construction industry’s challenges with recruiting and hiring flexible, skilled craftsmen. Unlike temporary agencies, Skillforce only provides skilled tradesmen who seek full-time work on projects, not one-day assignments. We provide long-term employment, complete with benefits, to craftsmen seeking work, and we provide contractors with skilled, dependable workers.
