Grant is an employee benefits consultant with PDCM Insurance. He began his career in 2008 working for a third party administrator designing and implementing self-funded health plans. With the market changes in 2010, he transitioned from exclusively working with self-funded employers to consulting with businesses on how to evaluate the most appropriate health plan purchasing arrangements suited for their benefit goals, company culture, and benefits budget.
