Billing: Follow full Revenue Cycle Management process. Demographics, Verify Insurance Plans, Check and scribe Copay, Deductibles, CoIns, Auth/Referral if needed, Set up follow-up details, ensure DOS are correct and charges accurately entered with correct modifiers as needed (pre-scrubbing claims). Ensure referring and rendering providers with NPI #'s are accurately entered. Use of CMS 1500 Form or UB04 Forms are filled out in its entirety for accurate and fast payments. Follow up and post charges, balance billing, and adjustments. Scan documents into system for record keeping.
