Navigator Recruiting is a Denver-based executive search firm which places individuals in mainly accounting, finance, audit and tax jobs in Colorado (the Denver metro area, along the Front Range and in the mountains). Scott Bacher, who grew up in Fort Collins and lives in Denver and has been recruiting for over 30 years, started the firm in 2011, and is still the owner/recruiter.
