Worknet Merced County is committed to assist the business community to keep pace with new growth, the emerging economy, and their ever-changing needs by creating a better educated and skilled workforce. Worknet Merced County assists employers with recruitment, skills assessment, job fairs and hiring. We provide assistance with training costs for qualified new hires through our On-the-Job training and Subsidized Employment programs, which may reimburse employer wage costs from 50% to 100% during the training period. Worknet Merced County has offices in Merced and Los Banos and hosts job fairs and hiring fairs throughout Merced County.
